​Transportation and Fuels Markets

The production, distribution and retailing of petroleum and petroleum products is touches nearly every sector of the economy and dominates the energy landscape. Transportation fuels also account for almost 40% of US greenhouse gases. This research track studies regulation, taxation, and competition in the petroleum sector as well as closely linked sectors such as the automotive and biofuels industries.
